"PARTNERING WITH PARENTS TO CONNECT KIDS TO CHRIST"

HarvestKids is a ministry to families with children aged 2 up through 5th grade. Every Sunday we provide kids with a large group and small group experience. Our schedule is designed to be the fastest, funnest hour(s) of a kid's week. Our kid-friendly environments will encourage creativity and activity.

We utilize many strategies and resources to best teach kids on their age level. Our primary teaching tool is the Gospel Project curriculum from Lifeway. A priority at HarvestKids is discipling children, so even from an early age we are teaching your kids to positively influence other children.

CHECK-IN

When you first arrive at Harvest, you’ll notice friendly faces ready to show you the way. Our guest services team will help you check-in your children and get them safely to their class.

We want to serve you and your child well, so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information. Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick-up your child after gathering. If for any reason we need to reach you during the gathering, we’ll get in touch via text message.
Because we value your child’s safety, every kids team member has been interviewed, trained and undergone a background check.

Our leadership team at HarvestKids works tirelessly to create environments kids thrive in. We believe it's a sin to make the Bible boring. Your child will never be asked to sit quietly for an hour with their hands folded in their lap. Each week we try to engage kids through all 5 senses. We want the fastest, funnest hour of the week to also be the most meaningful. We don't compromise or water down God's truth. And we seek to engage parent and child through "take home tools" so that they can quickly and effectively practice the truth we just learned.

Knowing Jesus

HarvestKids is passionate about all of our children having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We talk about the importance of being a follower of Jesus in our meetings and we teach kids what is involved in Biblical salvation. We also provide resources for parents that show them how they can lead their child to Christ.

BAPTISM

Sharing Jesus

The first step of obedience as a new follower of Jesus is to identify with Him through water baptism. This event should begin a life long habit of boldly sharing our faith with others. We have prepared a detailed guide for parents that walks them and their child through the baptism process here at Harvest.

SERVING

Serving Jesus

Discipleship is central to our calling as a church body. We are to be followers of Jesus that are growing in our faith. And we are also called to assist others in their pursuit of Jesus. This plays out in our ministry by creating various ministry teams for the children to grow and exercise their spiritual gifts.

LIFE HAPPENS IN GROUPS

At HarvestKids we seek to provide environments where everyone belongs. Belonging is foundational in achieving God's perfect plan for our lives. We know that God grows us spiritually by exercising His Truth, and allowing that Truth to affect all of our relationships. We create different groups to grow kids in different areas of their lives. Your child's spiritual growth is very important to us.
